Here We Go Again!

Sorry everyone - it seems like duplicate posts all the time lately, but this is truly unbelievable. Another storm is coming through; predicting 6-9 inches of snow again.
(Andy - this statement is for you - we've got #5 snow day in 5 weeks. After talking to you on Sunday, I could feel your support for our snow days!)
I do have 1 of my daycare kids today - her school wasn't cancelled. So I guess we'll deliver papers early this afternoon and stay in the rest of the day. No volleyball for me if school is cancelled.
I've gotta say it - good thing Al Gore's brought all this global warming problem to our attention. We'd be having 70 degrees temps if we hadn't solved this problem!

Or move to Australia ... :D tee hee

To answer your questions on my blog. Church was canceled because the pastor was sick. With a bit more time, someone else could have done it but circumstances were such that it didn't work out this week. Onigiri is basically rice with salt ... you are right. And kombu is seaweed but it's pickled or something ... it's soft and you have to use a spoon to put it on the onigiri. Don't know how else to explain it ! There are other varieties of dried kombu too ... but that's not what I used for these.

That picture shows what we are dealing with pretty well. Maybe we do need to move down south!

Anytime you want a break, come down here and stay with me!

I went to the mall today and when I got home, the temperature had dropped 10 degrees. I hope your extreme weather is not coming here!

LOL, your last comment sounds just like something Dave would say, hehe.

Brrrrrrr, it was another yucky day in paradise...oops, that's your sister's blog, hehe. Just kidding, but it was nasty out there.

Another snow day! I don't remember ever having that many when I was in school. The lady I work with was frustrated because her kids still got winter break even though the weather was good those days and they are going to have to make up snow days at the end of the year. She's wondering whey they didn't just have them go then.

And I agree - I am certainly feeling the effects of that global warming in my area too. Goodness, I'm so warm I think I'm cold because I'm so warm...
