The Fruits of my Labor

Update: For all of you who asked, Laura got me into this last year. We just work for this week or so before Valentines Day when they need seasonal help. Mostly, we make bouquets of a dozen roses. It's just for a little extra money. Other people do it for organizations. Last year, the parents of the senior class could go and work and earn money for the senior all-nighter after graduation, but there were church groups there too this year earning money for mission trips, etc...

Chelsea and I have been working at a floral shop this past week and into next week. Here are some of the flowers that could not be used. We can take them home so I made a nice bouquet of them. Aren't they beautiful?

Yes. And how nice to have a little extra income!

Do you really love snow days? I kinda like to have a routine and snow days really put a damper on that. I never seem to get anything done and if it is too cold to go outside the kids get a little stir crazy.

Smiles!

Are you doing this for the senior alnighter? I heard some women talking at work about doing this today.

Whatever the reason you just can't go wrong with roses, beautiful!

Isn't it nice to have flowers inside when it's like this outside!
